Tomkins is proud of our cadetship program which has seen numerous students become fully qualified members of the Tomkins team. In fact, 80% of our project managers are previous cadets who have come up through the ranks!
Typically, students in their third year of a Bachelor of Urban Development join the Tomkins team and work as cadets on our projects where they learn invaluable practical skills to compliment their formal education.
