Tomkins was proud to deliver the Design & Construct contract for Ardan Apartments in Ascot. This project saw the Tomkins team build 20 one and two bed apartments over three levels, with a secure basement car park.

The boutique development features a faux-wood feature screen and entry awning, Bosch appliances, timber flooring to living areas, gas cooktops and stone benchtops, lift, and security and intercom system.
