Tomkins is pleased to announce it has been awarded the Design and Construct contract to deliver Harbour One Apartments at the Gold Coast for Sanctuary Cove Marina.

On completion, this luxury development will comprise three low rise residential buildings which include two, three and four-bedroom residences constructed over a one-level basement carpark, with luxury finishes and landscaped surrounds overlooking the world-class Sanctuary Cove Harbour.

Tomkins’ Gold Coast Team are making good progress on this luxury development, with recent project milestones including the finalisation of bulk excavation onsite and over 1,000m³ of basement slab concrete being poured. In the coming weeks, the team will commence forming the shotcrete basement walls and pouring a 5,000m² podium slab.
