Tomkins relationship with the client was kept professional and well organised. With an already tight time-frame, Tomkins managed 17 floor plan revisions and 50 client/tenant requested changes whilst works were underway, and ensured that the project was completed within the original time-frame. This included working 7 days per week with night shifts to cover the additional works added during the construction period.
