Master Builders Queensland has featured the Centuria Industrial Facility in their first Master Builder magazine of 2023! As one of Australia’s first 5 Star Green Star Design and As Built Certified industrial buildings (under the Green Building Council of Australia’s new rating guidelines v1.3), Tomkins Commercial was delighted to be awarded both the Regional and State Master Builders Queensland Award for ‘Excellence in Energy Efficiency and Environmental Management’.

Working closely with our trusted Green Star Consultants Cundall, this project saw Team Tomkins incorporate extensive sustainable initiatives, including utilising 14.5% recycled materials, a 99kW rooftop solar farm, a rainwater harvesting system for amenities/site irrigation and working to ensure approximately 96% of waste removed from site was able to be recycled.
