Over the last four years, our turnover has increased exponentially. Overall project capacity has also increased and we are now able to complete projects ranging in scope and value of up to $100 million.

We put this down to:

Our footprint

We currently execute work across Queensland — with an office set to open in the Gold Coast and continued growth of our Sunshine Coast office in 2019 — and across NSW and the ACT.

Later in 2019, we are looking forward to further branching out to Sydney and Melbourne as our clients spread their project base. It is a testament to our strong working relationships that our clients choose to bring us and our project management skills along with them on their journey.

  • Early Contractor Involvement: Integrates our design, cost planning, and construction expertise to inform key design decisions that influence constructibility, cost, time, and quality.
  • Construct Only: Tomkins works according to your design and specification to execute the project, and seeks improved outcomes whenever possible throughout the process
  • Project and Construction Management: Our sophisticated project management and reporting systems are utilised to ensure your next project is delivered within budget, and of the best quality possible.
  • Turn-Key Delivery: This streamlined service allows customers to leave all the details of a project in the capable hands of the Tomkins team, who will oversee and carry out all aspects of the development

Specialty Projects

The Tomkins specialty projects division caters to minor works jobs, refurbishments, redevelopments and fitouts.

As our capacity to construct larger projects continues to grow, we never want to lose sight of where we came from. Tomkins is proud of our heritage, rooted in community-based specialty projects in Beaudesert, back in the 1950s.  While the scale and grandeur of our projects may have increased, our commitment to these works remains.

Customer care

Tomkins has an established team of key professionals and quality tradespeople to deliver Customer Care and Facilities Management who support the ongoing product quality and the expected performance of the building during its operational design life.

Our Customer Care Team is the direct and consistent line of communication for our clients and takes responsibility for addressing quality, improvements, and maintenance with building owners and property managers.
