Tomkins’ experience within the large format retail space is quite extensive and includes full build projects with repeat clients, refurbishments of previously tenanted buildings along with development of car parks and other amenities.

Recent projects include Home Co. Centres across five locations in Queensland and NSW along with the Stage 6 retail precinct at Homeworld, Helensvale.
