Atlas Apartments has reached Practical Completion. Tomkins delivered the second stage to Long Ze International’s twin tower development in South Brisbane. We were engaged to extend the projects carpark and podium levels before building 12 levels of residential units.

Not only did we have the pleasure of delivering 93 units for Long Ze International, we were engaged to complete 5 high-end penthouses in stage one for the clients — we also gave the private rooftop terrace at stage one a facelift.

Working within a fully functional and operational environment — Atlas stage one, proved to be a challenge on occasion. By taking a proactive approach to communication and maintaining relationships with the client, body corporate, and residents, we were able to deliver the project well within the programmed time frame.

It’s been a great project and we welcome the opportunity to work with Long Ze International on future projects.
