Our Client has taken the full opportunity of modifying their site which had previously been a Timber Saw Mill for the region. Our construction of the approved 56 Apartments in a 5 level structure w/- covered ground level parking was delivered in 46 weeks.
And the project team had a task to do just that due to significant rain delays, substructure redesigns and the nuances of working in the region.
The delivery of contemporary design was achieved using reinforced suspended concrete slabs and column structures with lightweight infill construction to close out the building envelope.
With a quality internal and external fitments the project establishes a clear benchmark for others to follow and provide an excellent place to live.
