“I am writing this letter as a formal recommendation . . . regarding the performance of Tomkins Commercial & Industrial Builders on the numerous projects they have completed for the Australian Catholic University, the latest being ‘Building T’ which has just won a Queensland Master Builders Award for Education Facility over $5m.

There are many challenges when working on an operational campus and the Tomkins team have shown their ability to effectively address any issues that have arisen during the projects that they have completed on the Campus and I have been particularly impressed by the manner in which the site team has managed the projects and their subcontractors to lessen the impact of works on the surrounding University community.

I cannot speak highly enough of the level of service, the productive relationship and the professionalism that we continue to enjoy with the Tomkins team. I have no hesitation in recommending them . . . .”
