Feros Care, an aged care services provider, recently engaged Tomkins to undertake the refurbishment of their 500m2 office tenancy located on level two of The Strand Shopping Centre in Coolangatta.

The project involved the removal of existing workstations, demolition of the existing kitchen, ceilings and partitions, installation of new partition walls, a full data and electrical upgrade, installation of 80 workstations and joinery items such as architectural wall fabric lime washed ply cladding and batten screens, feature magnagrid ceiling, new kitchen and banquet seat meeting table. This refurbishment project has roughly doubled the seating capacity within the office and brought it in line with their head office on level three, providing a high level of finish and architectural detail.
