Our award of this Design & Construct project resulted from a full tender process and was celebrated as a continuation to the relationship we have enjoyed with BAC.With the base building project scope involving a partial demolition of an adjacent building (occupied by DHL) to accommodate the full new site footprint and considerable bulk excavation of unsuitable material the team wanted to get out of the ground as quickly as possible to mitigate wet weather delays.
